- Determines annual targets and set strategies to achieve them.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
- Maintains and develops excellent relationship with customers.
Sustaining and increasing customers’ data base by attracting new customers.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping always updated with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Preparing and sending regular market report with the updated situations concerning market and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Categorizes customers based on size, withdrawals, and potentiality.
- Building routs plans and scheduling customers’ visits and follow up their application.
- Fairly and professionally allocate territories and targets among sales teams.
- Conducting regular meetings with sales team to prevent and solve any problems and follow up progress and plans achievements.
- Paying regular visits to customers.
- Able to professionally evaluate team performance.
- Able to train, motivate, and upgrade sales team.
- Follow up sales collections and take corrective actions when delays occur.
- Coordinate with other related departments such as Warehouse, Production, Supply chain, etc…
