- Constitute the link between the marketing department and the finance department in
Budget and payment related matters.
- Prepare all marketing activities documentation
- Update all websites either in house or via online service provider.
- Responsible for all marketing events database and the direct mailing process.
- Responsible for the execution of the marketing activities documentation as per events
- Coordinate with the Events specialist to get data about different marketing events (events data, photos, outcome …etc.).
- Coordinate with Communication specialist to get data about the different advertising campaigns / PR campaigns.
- Coordinate with Retail specialist to get data about dealers’ activities (events, openings … etc.).
- Coordinate with Product specialist to get any products updates
- Receive and update new marketing opportunities
- Synchronize the marketing plan and the marketing budget with the Marketing Director
- Responsible for MINI info mails and forwarding it to the responsible person to contact the sender; such as; complains forwarded to after sales, events offers, outdoors options, job requests forwarded to HR, … etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating BMW/MINI websites
- Manage and update all MINI’s website content such as events and profiles in coordination with InterOne Munich.
- Receive update website content from Marketing Director, Communication supervisor, senior events specialist, Retail marketing specialist and product specialist.
- Supervise the local online service provider that will technically handle the communication on other websites.
- Act as a link between the marketing department and the online service provider
- Maintain and update media price lists in coordination with communication supervisor.
- Maintain and update marketing budget and overall marketing plan
- Conduct marketing business plan in coordination with Marketing Director.
- Receive media plan / breakdown budget from Communication Supervisor.
- Receive marketing events calendar with detailed breakdown cost from Senior Events Specialist.
- Synchronize the marketing plan and the marketing budget with the Marketing Director.
- Prepare the quarterly report of marketing department payments budget versus actual.
- Manage the payment process for different marketing activities
- Receive invoices from marketing suppliers.
- Obtain approval from concerned parties of the marketing team.
- Process the payment with the finance department.
- Manage the database for all outgoing communication and events
- Maintain and update different databases
- Obtain data from different departments
- Responsible for the sending out of direct mail campaign
- Responsible for the sending of invitations for different marketing events
