Under the line management of the Projects Coordinator, the Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation and monitoring of the project. He/she will:
• Organize partner’s capacity building and coaching Develop and manage the M&E framework including planning and budget management
• Ensure that necessary resources are available for project implementation, that the team environment is conducive and that its members have necessary skills for performing their tasks with required quality
• Supervise the development of methodologies and tools for the project he/she is in charge of
• Facilitate project lessons learning
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders.
Desired:
• Working experience in Cairo Governorate
• Experience working for an international NGO
• Experience in Capacity building/ training activities
• Working experience in the Private Sector in Egypt
• Experience working with grassroots civil society organizations
