What will this job demand of you?
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the implementation of Aurea products into unique client environments. As a delivery owner, you will focus on client interaction, requirement handling, technical phases of the implementation, such as development, integration and maintenance, and will also be responsible for the implementation of change requests from customers. Although this role requires someone with strong technical skills, interpersonal and business acumen are also crucial for success. You would also be expected to lead a global team with members located across geographies. This role will work with both external customers and Aurea team members to understand projects in depth, determine the technical requirements, identify needed customization processes, and effectively communicate with customers. A successful person will leverage their existing experience and technical knowledge while adapting to changing markets.
 
Responsibilities
- Ownership - Complete end-to-end ownership of one or more client implementations. Primary contact for the client team.
- Software Development - Understand the customization/configuration process at each client and develop technical solution for the same with the team.
- Requirement Analysis - Document, analyze and estimate requirements based on customer needs.
- Process & Methodology - Work in an Agile process methodology environment and using developmet tools (examples - Subversion, JIRA, Confluence etc.) for managing the team and delivery.
- Communication - Conference calls with global team members, North America/ Europe sales and customer leadership and traveling onsite to client sites for requirements gathering and consulting engagements.
 
Total compensation is US$30/hr for a full-time, 40-hour work week
