About the Job
We are currently seeking to hire a Human Resources Administrator to ensure all the HR processes and procedures are properly carried out with compliance to all group policies.
As a Human Resources you will be responsible for providing efficient HR functions that delivers proactive and business focused HR advice and services. In addition to implementing HR functions by providing HR services; including talent acquisition, on boarding, learning and development, employee relations, off boarding, payroll and personnel. Understand customer requirements and meet global service level agreements and timelines. As well as ensure that all HR services is processed and in timely manner and under control and compliant to labour law.
About You
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will have to demonstrate the following:
* Bachelor's degree in management or any related discipline.
* 0-2 years of experience in a relevant position.
* Excellent command of English language.
* Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
* Team player.
* Great attention to detail.
* Knowledge of MS Office applications; Intermediate Excel user.
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with multiple strategic projects
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Experience with design and delivery of effective orientation programs/processes, is a plus.
