· Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, this may include hardware and software.
· Installs, configures, implements and integrates, projects which are sold by FVC service department.
· Handling the POC s to support FVC channels in creating new business.
· Required to travel thought out FVC region for execution of Projects.
· Participate in Road shows, VC rentals or any other FVC events if needed.
· Carry out AMC visit to direct FVC account
· Onsite support for equipment covered in FVC Maintenance.
· Ensures customer satisfaction by visiting customer and completing preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
· Performs knowledge transfer and product orientation of implemented solutions.
· Complete Required technical certifications on time
