We are seeking to hire a Retail Designer to manage the Design review and site inspection through different shops and Kiosks stages of fit out to ensure compliance of shops designs with the Mall design criteria and the approved package; and proper achievement of their brand vision. Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following :
* Negotiate with tenants new designs during the design review phase
* Monitor the tenant's contractors fit out progress verses their approved designs.
* Provide technical support and solutions required for tenants during the design and fit out process.
* Provide technical reports for mall design changes
* Collaborate Meetings with Consultants for Multidisciplinary Design aspects.
* Improve and Facilitate design review progress
* Resolve snags when inspecting fit out work on site and produce a snag list within days of shop opening.
About You
As a Retail Designer, you need to demonstrate the following Experience, Quality & Skills:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: B.Sc. in Architecture with Retail Delivery background.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in Retail Design & Review position, with enough site supervision experience to provide solutions when required and to produce snag lists for final inspections.
Job-Specific Skills:
* Arabic and English proficiency is a must.
* Professional skills in AutoCAD.
* Professional skills in presentation.
Behavioural Competencies :
* Ability to work under high pressure and carrying out simultaneous multi-tasks.
* Self-motivated with high organizational and communication skills.
* Highly committed and up to the company's code of ethics.
