1- should be a graduate in Mechanical Engineering 2- having good experience preferably in Ready mix Concrete plants as Workshop Manager.
3- He should have extensive knowledge in the repairs of Heavy Equipments and Vehicles: Concrete Pumps, Cranes, Truck Mixers, Loaders, Excavators, Generators, Chillers, Compressors etc., all Workshop related items.
4- Should be able to plan the predictive and preventive maintenance programs for all Company equipment and vehicles,
5- should be able to plan and control all workshop personnel and activities related to the Workshop.
