Job Summary:
The job incumbent shall possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and is responsible for taking charge of organization development initiatives in Al-Ain Sokhna manufacturing facility.   
Job Accountabilities:
1.Participates actively in the manpower planning exercise by understanding different business areas and their needs for resources to run their areas efficiently.
2.Manages the full recruitment cycle from sourcing of candidates using different mediums for open vacancies. Also will be required to proactively use cold recruiting methods in order to generate a pool of talent for future requirements in line with the business plan.
3.Set and oversee new employees’ induction program to ensure new employees are quickly integrated and informed about the organizational structure, culture, standards, policies and procedures.
4.Formulate policies and procedures addressing key Human Resources areas and provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
5.Review Organizational structure and job design of different roles and make recommendations for changes that will create agility and streamline operations.
6.Directs periodical job analysis in partnership with different functional areas leaders to ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and reflect the actual responsibilities and competencies of each role/job family.
7.Pro-actively support the implementation of performance management and provide guidance to managers in the continued development of staff.
8.Advise and guide managers in managing and growing talent including, objective setting, use of
competencies, development plans, coaching and feedback. 
9.Work with functional leaders on succession plans to identify potential talent and work on their development plans to fill key roles in the organization 
10.Use different tools and roll-out employee engagement programs/interventions.
11.Participate and facilitate the job evaluation committee meeting and provide guidance and training as may be required to new appointed members.
