- The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management responsibility for the infrastructure project .
- He should guide, direct, coach & develop team members to perform to their best potential.
- Provide effective supervision & follow-up through all project phases for timely commissioning and turnover.
- Direct and supervise the implementation of the project including management and monitioring of the engineering, procurement schedule, construction, pre-commissioning/commissiong at optimal cost while maintining high HSE standards.
- Conclude technical issues with Engineering Consultants & EPC Contractors in line with the project objectives.
- Monitor external and internal deadlines to ensure ontime hand-over of works.
- Compile daily and weekly progress reports to the company management
