- Participate in preparing sales distribution plan.
- Follow up and update sales execution activities on SAP system according to the plan
and modifications by management.
- Monitor and log imported shipments distributions onto company’s stations and customers.
- Monitor stations inventory balances for sales products and assure that the management
can have real time information about inventory.
- Handle and log all customers account receivables and collections on SAP System.
- Follow up on customers to collect money.
- Participate in physical inventory for warehouses on regular and irregular bases and compare results with book balances.
- Prepare Sales invoices and log them on SAP System.
- Prepare collection cash flow projections and update it on regular bases.
- Report on all sales and customers receivables as per the management needs and prepare the required analysis and evaluation reports.
- Review and post Petty cash settlements in all organization branches and sites.
- Match accounts balances with petty cash holders.
- Monitor and fulfill cash in each site or branch according to predefined limits.
- Report on regular bases for balances and prepare any required analysis as per the
management needs.
- Monitor contractor’s accounts payables and log transactions on SAP or delta Systems.
- Verify contractor’s invoices and issue payment request.
- Log projects financial activities and invoices onto excel database.
- Analyze and evaluate projects progress in financial view.
- Make a Pre-verification for any new deals or contracts related to projects.
- Participate in site examination concerning any financial or physical inventory eras if required.
- Prepare any reports or analysis for projects in how the management needs.
- Record and save all operations related to the previous tasks on SAP or Excel.
