§ Define, develop and implement the Unit plans.
Direct the implementation of the annual Unit
plan.
§ Develop the overall investor relations strategy and manage its
implementation.
§ Direct the formulation and the presentation of all reports
regarding the financial health of the company.
§ Attend all Board and Committee meetings in order to provide up to
date information about the company’s position.
§ Direct the development of the full investor relations toolkit
including the annual report, investor relations website, regulatory forms
required by Egyptian Financial Services Authority (EFSA), press releases,
company fact sheet, and the investor presentation.
§ Develop and maintain effective relationships with securities
analysts, shareholders, fund managers, public relations firms.
§ Provide current relevant business, competitor, and financial
community insight to senior management on a regular basis.
§ Direct the implementation of investor communication events including earnings calls,
investment conferences and one-on-one meetings.
