§ Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits policies
and procedures.
§ Supervise the process of evaluating existing and new jobs.
§ Supervise the process of revising THE COMPANY’s grade structure.
§ Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits policies
and procedures.
§ Supervise the establishment and maintenance of THE COMPANY’s pay
structure.
§ Continuously research compensation practices.
§ Supervise and review the periodic payroll calculations.
§ Supervise the preparation of the monthly payroll reports.
§ Liaise with Finance for payroll payments ensuring that payroll.
§ Research short and long-term benefit schemes.
§ Develop agreements with benefits providers and evaluate their
performance.
§ Monitor assets that are provided to employees such as mobile
phones, laptops, etc.
§ Supervise the development of programmes for employees such as recreational activities.
