- Manage chairman agenda and meetings
- Execute travel and hotel bookings arrangements for the chairman and liaise
with travel agencies and hotels to ensure that necessary reservations are done
according to agreed schedules.
- Translate business reports
- Attend business meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up with
concerned departments / persons on action plan
- Develop and maintain accurate and updated soft and hard copy filling
system for the office and CEO.
- Provide general clerical (photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing &
typing) assistance for the chairman
- Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times regarding the
company’s related information.
- Execute any additional
assigned task by chairman or deputy chairman.
