Responsible for the strategy development and implementation, leadership and management of all commercial/Sales activities. Design and initiate sales development projects and tools that keep the organization motivated and focused. Contribute to a high degree in Company vision and strategy for short and long term. Part of the management and leadership committee.
Work closely with Marketing to design pricing strategy and different marketing mix that best fit our short and long terms objectives and that ensure being competitive to the market.
Ensure RTM strategy and model is followed and analyse its performance to provide corrective actions required to meet the challenges and objectives of the company
• Design the mid/long term strategic plans to implement RTM model, company strategy, mission and vision through a highly motivated sales team
• Achieve Company Sales Budget/plan through different sales channels (LOS / WS/ Specialty channel) in terms of Volume, Value, cash flow, SOM & Product Mix
• Create and Deliver ongoing profitable growth through commercial innovation and maximising market share
• Continuously analyse market trends and developments that will maximise the impact of delivering the commercial strategy
• Support profitable development of channels and key accounts
• Create a sustainable and professional environment that attract talent and delivers commercial strategies/ objectives through people
• Implement, directs and oversees company sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Determines annual volume achievement and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing Plans & strategies, analyze results to provide recommendations.
• Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives (Sales KPI’s) of annual sales plan with all functional departments (BM, Finance, Sales OPS, Marketing)
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Direct Sales Forecasting activities and set sales performance accordingly in liaison with S&OP department
• Analyze & Control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Analyze overall revenue vs. budget performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth with the objective of maximizing long term profits.
• Recommends product/ service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Coach & train Sales Managers and set required team development plan
• Establish & maintain reliable relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
