Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Development team members to understand requirements and create innovative testing solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to testing goals and principles
- Defect Tracking/Reporting: Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, bug triage, and analysis of bug trends and root causes and drive issues to resolution.
- Test Design: Test plan and test case creation in providing test coverage across systems and platforms
- Test Automation: Innovate new solutions/tools for faster and better test automation
- Write test plans/case, automate test cases and lead testing releases through regression
- Test Execution: API testing, Load & Performance testing
- Agile Development: Understand and practice QE functions in an agile development cycle using Scrum process
- Troubleshoot critical defects in software coding
- Premium customer experience focus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in software development and testing is required
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming (.Net)
- Experience with MS SQL
- Strong communications required; communicate effectively with peers and management
- Experience in working closely with developers
- Ability to function effectively and ability to continuously adapt to changing business needs
- Must have a passion for product quality and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Experience in Agile Testing practices desirable
