-Supervise the maintenance of all the computers in the company and branches required technical support as well as printing and imaging devices. -Maintenance and operation of networks to ensure non-stop work. -Following the Servers to avoid any disruption and address its problems. -Dealing with fingerprint devices for staff (maintenance - Add - Survey), and hardware sales department to deal with any problem that occurs in direct selling devices. -Coordinating with external maintenance companies to do any maintenance or installation of new equipment. -Dealing directly with the technicians in the case of external Toadyism to repair any of the company devices. -Dealing with the company database and solve communication problems. -Solving the problems of dealing with the database
