Schedule and supervise all maintenance works and provide support to the stores in the back office
Coordinate and ensure proper handling of maintenance requests and assist the Manager in handling
complaints by taking appropriate action
Suggest the implementation of new processes to enhance the quality of service
Receive and process quotations submitted by maintenance contractors
Assist in managing vendor relations for services such as cleaning, maintenance and other
Assist in managing preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with maintenance contractors
Prepare analytical reports to study services costs or as requested by the Operations Manager
