2. Sales project leader: Build a team, formulate project strategies, supervise and implement projects, and manage competition.
3. Whole-process transaction quality owner: Identify account risks, control contract quality, and monitor contract fulfillment quality.
4. Account plan creator and executor: Gain market insight, set goals and strategies, and implement and adjust plans.
5. Set up annual and quarterly sales targets, divide the targets, formulate appraisal rules, monitor the implementation process, and conduct timely analysis, pre-warning, and reporting to ensure that the sales targets are attained.
