Contract Duration- 1 year
The Chief Quality Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible to:
Initiate and oversee development of a comprehensive quality performance
improvement program. Promotes quality achievement and performanceDevelop,
implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Hospital’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements and Joint Commission International Standards In conjunction with the Medical Staff and Hospital Management direct and coordinate quality performance improvement initiatives for the Hospital In collaboration with Staff and Managers, participate in the development, monitoring, reporting & improvement of quality activities Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships with external agencies related to quality initiatives and ensures that all policies and
procedures are current and in line with changing regulatory requirements Actively contributes to the strategic direction of the Hospital and its
corporate management, creating the capacity for strategic change, developing effective corporate and external links
