•Projects activities, Delivery & Execution:
a.Focus on developing new creative initiatives relevant to SME segment customers to help achieve segment KPI’s
b.Ensure customers satisfaction and CE quality standards
c.Ownership of the new products/ initiatives focusing on all quality aspects throughout the product execution life cycle starting from analysis, research then developing
d.Presentations for management approval
e.Ensuring project implementation, covering “customer handling, selling process, scripts, key selling points, channels fulfillment, launch plan, communication, post assessments & product development after launch

•Channel marketing activities:
a.Enhancing SME Channels Performance through different sales promotions, customization, contests.

•Monitoring, reporting & Analysis for segment performance KPI’s through:
a.Weekly performance analysis,
b.monthly segment reviews,
c.Pre and post-launch assessments for new launched projects
d.Market research to ensure understanding customer behavior and needs, and achieving our segment KPI’s accordingly.
