- Admitting patients requiring special care followed by investigations and treatment.
- Examining and talking to patients during Onsite visits when needed.
- Making notes and preparing paperwork, arranging & scheduling for the onsite visits.
- Undertaking managerial responsibilities such as planning the workload and staffing of the department.
- Generating daily reports for The On - Site Dr activities according to a preset procedure for monitoring on site tasks.
- Coordinating with HR for HR related issues regarding replacement, complains & hiring.
- Provide training sessions once in a month to On Site Doctors to familiarize them with trends with the clients.
- Assists Network Manager in creating action plans in response to achieving the best pattern for all workflows in the unit.
