• Supervise packaging and process maintenance, fulfill day to day functions and carry out overall department objectives.
• Develop an understanding of the equipment and the production process & offer sound technical advice to facilitate performance improvement.
• Identify and implement maintenance strategy to ensure regular repair of the equipment.
• Motivate, train and develop subordinates to increase their work efficiency & ensure availability of potential successors to meet the maintenance demand.
