1.Install, upgrade, administer & enhance the performance of Beyti storage and virtual infrastructure & Servers as well as update Operating Systems & apply the Program Temporary Fixes & Service Packs on all platforms within his/her assigned area ensuring smooth operation and reliable systems.
2.Apply a secure mechanism to ensure safe data retention and smooth retrieval inline with Good IT Practice.
3.Install, upgrade & maintain Beyti infrastructure related systems H/W systems under the supervision of the Infrastructure manager
4.Recommend & deploy up-to-date solutions satisfying business requirements meanwhile complying with Standards.
5.administer a secure Beyti Systems in order to ensure the accessibility of all information resources by authorized personnel
6.Identify training needs in his/her assigned area.
7.Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive Working Instructions describing the detailed steps to configure and/or install assigned IT Resources in his/her area.
8.Cooperate with IT team to ensure smooth and safe operations
9.Maintain active directory and exchange server environment and functionalities on a 24/7 basis
