1.Assist GM in appointment management and calendar planning
2.Ensure GM required reports are delivered in time
3, Organize and manage paper work to be reviewed and signed by GM
4.Assist to prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
5.Assist to set up interviews and testing dates for candidates with the coordination of Corporate HR Manager and the HOD.
6.Assist to manage employees’ records and personal files.
7. Assist for daily attendance, overtime calculation, advances, loans and over ceiling record keeping
