Archirodon is hiring for the position of Construction Manager to be located in Egypt, outside Cairo. This position will supervise and coordinate all construction activities including sub-contractors. The successful candidate will:
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities performed either directly or through sub-contractors to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the approved construction methods, schedule, within budget and project quality & HSE requirements.
Define and updates the detailed construction plans and schedule giving priorities where necessary; verifies the availability of technical documentation.
Ensure the on time request for necessary project personnel, materials and equipment.
Verify the adequacy of the plans for the construction resources in terms of manpower and equipment.
Assesses construction risks and manages them to maintain the risk profile within set limits.
