Presales:
In this role, you and your team are providing full techno-commercial support to the Sales team member at his assigned account by:
• Understand from the sales team member the scope of required task.
• Suggest to the sales team member possible presales courses of action to choose from.
• Assist in planning Prospects’ networking and e-security goals and objectives
• Help in consulting with Prospects to identify their e-security needs, budget constraints, and achievable technical and business advantages from the project
• Prepare and Provide necessary technical and techno-commercial documentation, presentation, check lists, and answer to RFPs
• Prepare and provide necessary technical and techno-commercial demonstrations of company products/solutions.
• Prepare necessary Client’s visit reports
• Lead and coach other team members on assignment basis to outperform according to KPIs.
Post Sales:
Similar to Presales in addition to:
• Prepare and provide necessary technical services for the successful installations of different ccompanys' e-security solutions.
• Prepare and Provide related required installation plan and deliverable sign offs.
• Accountable for Client’s successful delivery and sign offs according to plan.
• Suggest to the sales account manager possible future presales related activity.
• When requested, provide necessary technical account management
• Cooperate with other team members to ensure successful solutions delivery.
• Coach other team members to ensure successful solutions delivery.
General:
• Administrating the company network or server when requested.
• Acquiring the knowledge & implementing new networking or e-security solution for the company as/when requested.
• Follow the internal policy of the company.
• Be a team player and communicate and cooperate with the team smoothly.
• Work always on enhancing technical skills, suggesting & following training plan.
