Start shipments’ procedures and follow up on shipments’ status.
Follow up with production, planning, warehouses, and purchasing departments to assure the availability of the required items to be exported confirm they meet the clients' requirements.
Follow up on the document cycle with finance department
Follow up with the shipments’ agencies (land - marine - air) to make sure of shipment’s timings.
Finish all customs work for the exported/import items in coordination with clearance agent.
Follow up with the clients to verify exact requirements concerning shipping dates, documents required and destination.
Present and monitor defined mop's.
Optimize and monitor all freight costs against the required targets.
Ensure dispatch is to the customer requirement and monitor dispatch adherence.
Communicate regularly with customers concerning any complaint.
