Our Story
Integrant is a global software development company headquartered in San Diego, US with offices in Amman, Jordan and Cairo, Egypt. We currently have 150 employees and rapidly growing. Our mission is to revolutionize the traditional model of outsourcing by bringing phenomenal talent and clients closer together while creating beautiful code. We fundamentally believe our success over decades has been in our ability to celebrate and embrace the creativity and one of a kind talent we are fortunate to have in our employ.
We are looking for a VP of Talent Acquisitions and Retention maverick who understands what it takes to recruit and nurture talent in the software world. You may have all the necessary experience to run a HR department but that is just the beginning. We need a visionary who is willing to challenge the status quo, who has an intrinsic understanding of people, their strengths and challenges, who is able to peel away superficial differences of race, religion and gender and keep building on our great organizational culture. First and foremost you must be a passionate proponent of ethics in the workplace. If you truly love what you do you will constantly be challenging yourself to find answers to the following questions.
