Identify SFD financial needs and funding
gap through the meetings held with SFD Central Sectors.

Open dialogue with donor countries and
local agencies to tap into new financial resources and introduce new
fundraising mechanisms
- Draw up the structure of the M & E Plan, oversee the implementation, prepare the
periodic reports of each agreement and submit them to the donors and the
Managing Director.

Work out Agreement's obstacles through
ongoing meetings with SFD Central Sectors, donor agencies and Government agencies.
- Represent SFD in domestic and international forums, negotoations meetings, and the
signing of international agreements and cooperation protocols taking place
inside Egypt and abroad.
- Promote SFD as an organization engaged in development activities and as a Center of Excellence transferring experience to
other countries

Coordinate with funding and donor countries
to redirect or extend certain agreements until all activities thereunder are completed and remaining funds withdrawn, thus ensuring the utilization of all funds allocated.
