1. Review HR plan, Head count, update current situation Report for required Positions, manpower demands and Sources.
2. Attracting and Search for best calibres that match the criteria and choose the best source for each positions (Recruitment Sites, Social Media, Contact recruitment agencies, Job fairs ).
3. Responsible for all process to get best short list to any position (Screening, Filtering, Selecting, interview, etc.).
4. Attend employment fairs.
5. Conducting phone and physical interviews with potential candidates.
