PURPOSE OF JOB
Branches management with primary responsibility towards Head of Consumer Banking to render proper, efficient banking services to its customers, maintaining discipline and order with subordinate branches staff, securing permanent communication channels with superiors and maintain appropriate excellent image of the Bank.
TASKS
- Monitor the retail products loss norms at its early stages (P1).
- Ensure branches action plan regarding audit findings and all were rectified at appropriate duration.
- Ensure &monitor branches actions regarding operation check-list.
- Ensure that branches are handling business/operation works in line with approved policies/manuals·
- Full responsible on the branches performances in the areas of
sales, risks & operations.
- Communicate with other divisions/groups regarding cases required special approvals.
- Define the cross selling opportunities in order to capitalize the business volume out of the relationship between branches.
- Monitor the branches performance against their assigned retail targets (assets/liabilities).
- Conduct joint calls with branches managers to existing/prospect clients.
- Lead the branches managers in planning regarding business volume
expansion.
- Work closely with branches to achieve its objectives.
- Ensure that branches are raising their maximum efforts to guarantee customers satisfactions.
- Monitor and follow up on complains tracking system.Ensure that business/operation transactions are executing at appropriate turn-around-time.
- Ensure that branches managers/staff are maintaining branches images.
- Facilitate the communications between branches & participate in problems solving.
- Participate in the recruitment process on branches new staff.
