Financial Functions:
• Responsible for all financial matters within the company in coordination with the General Manager. These matters will include, but not limited to, Negotiating Loans, Letters of credit, Investments- domestic and international, Forecasting the financial status of the company, Financial contingency planning.
• Supervising Taxes Reports
• Prepare all the documents and the analysis for the Tax Inspections, at the end of each year a follow up should be done until the inspection is finalized
• Present a periodic executive summary report to management
Accounting Functions:
• Set the objectives of the Accounting Team and determine the priorities of the daily and monthly work to match the objectives
• Coordinate with the Accountant the distribution of the daily work on subordinates
• Direct, support and instruct orders to subordinates
• Solve or take any necessary decisions concerning work daily problems
• Supervise the accountant in handling the company Cash
• Sign all the invoices or payments in & out
• Follow up the bank accounts (On-Line)
• Handling the employees monthly salaries payments
• Supervise & monitor the Company receivables & Payables
• Keep record of inventory control (In-house and Shipped by suppliers)
• Monitor the store controller activities of keeping the inventory (on-hand and on-order) up-to-date.
• Revise quotations made sales team to insure accurate calculations.
• Will work closely with HR Manager in all matters pertaining to the employees in the Accounting Team that includes but are not limited to :
Identify the resources and annual training need for the team
Evaluate team members performance annually
Performed interviews for potential candidates
• Coordinate and work closely with all the team managers and members within
the company in regard to the financial and accounting matters.
Authorities:
• Sign invoices and all financial documents
• Represent Company towards tax authority
• Communicate & correspond with all bank accounts officers
• Deal with all financial aspects in the suppliers, clients and customers’ organization in regard to all the financial aspects
