Our Story
Integrant is a global software development company headquartered in San Diego with offices in Amman, Jordan and Cairo, Egypt. We currently have 130 employees and rapidly growing we are planning to double in size within 3 years. Our mission is to revolutionize the traditional model of outsourcing by bringing phenomenal talent and clients closer together while collaborating to deliver tremendous business value. We fundamentallybelieve our success over decades has been in our ability to celebrate and embrace the creativity and one of a kind talent we are fortunate to have in our employ.
We are looking for a technology leader who understands what it takes to deliver software projects with the best customer service to our US customers. We need a visionary who is willing to challenge the status quo, who has in intrinsic understanding of software and people. We need a driver who is able to deliver constantly top quality software on budget and who can woe our customers and exceed their expectations. First and foremost you must be passionate about technology. You must be a perfectionist when it comes to caring about our customer needs and exhibit great pride of ownership. Design, implement, and test software projects for a number of our clients.
Lead and influence cross functional teams for successful outcomes
Create and drive the detailed planning, resourcing, and scheduling of active projects.
Manage all aspects of our agile development process, from sprint planning to daily scrum meetings and sprint demos.
Ensure the team’s compliance with relevant development and functional processes based on our customer needs and best practices.
Promote and drive innovation in technologies, processes, and tools for cutting-edge development aligned with our client’s direction.

Manage the best project managers in the field including performance management, coaching, training, and development.
