1. Administrate C.Vs data bank and keeps it updated continuously (hard & soft data). 2. Receives recruiting requisitions from HR generalists and recruiters and fulfills it in a timely manner. 3. Follows-up the interview s’ results and represents comments on any invalid results. 4. Keeps the different data tracking sheets updated and furnished 5. Uses our current sources for recruiting and maximizes the benefit from it. 6. Finds new recruiting sources, stay updated with the new recruiting ones. 7. Attends external events, meetings, and negotiations with the services’ providers. 8. Produces sourcing and non-sourcing reports in monthly basis such as: number of new hired, resigned employees, and consumed time for hiring an opening. 9. Reviews turn-over reports represented by HR generalists and recruiters for sourcing purposes. 10. Monitors and provides recommendations and comments about interviewing process. 11. Executes any additional tasks asked to be done.
