Archirodon is looking for highly active candidate in the position of Lead Expeditor, The position is going to be based in the Regional Office in Nasr City or alternatively in a Project Site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the expediting function within 2-3 Projects in parallel, meeting all Project delivery requirements.
- Effective deployment and use of the approved suite of systems and tools, to aid efficiency and effectiveness of the activities.
- Organize and lead Kick off meeting (KOM) and attend to Pre-production meetings (PPM).
- Organize and oversee the work of field and desk expeditors based in the company’s operating sites and RO (instruct, coach, develop expediting plans).
- Providing regular and accurate status reports on the progress of the activities.
- To coordinate, monitor and follow-up 3rd party inspection activities in close coordination with Quality department.
- To develop maintain and implement expediting plans, and liaise with other departments to resolve any technical or administrative challenges and improve the performance of company/project in Vendor selection.
- Maintain up to date all Registers, Deviation, Non-conformance, certificates, deliveries and OSD.
- To monitor some risk and quality check analysis on Projects allocated to identify packages at risks and allocation and resources and efforts.
- Chases the final documentation until approval of all parties.
