Contract Review during bidding stage - risk allocation analysis
- Prepare contractual Clarifications
- Assist in negotiation of contractual and commercial issues and contract award.
- Prepare Joint venture /consortium Agreements, and Subcontract agreement, and their
affiliated Modifications, Amendments
- Apply change management and claims prevention expertise in the management of contacts
- Prepare claims and extension of time requests arising during construction phase.
- Prepare contractual correspondences during construction phase.
-Provide technical advice to the QS members if needed.
-Review & approval the QS section work in coordination with the contract section head and vice versa.
-Coordinate with team leaders the assignment of their members to ongoing projects, based on the work load and due dates.
-Ensure and coordinate with the section team leaders that all deadline are met.
