• Product design, implementation and optimization on different IN nodes (such as SDP, AIR, RFG, CCN, SAPC...)
• Design & implementation of the charging logic of any new service integrated with IN system.
• Evaluation & acceptance of all new features of IN system/upgrades.
• Third line of support for customer complaints/internal support teams.
• Design International roaming offers& implementation.
• Short codes administration.
• Design Technical documentation for all commercial products implemented on IN system.
• Ensure proper coaching of IN administration resources and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Motivate, coach and develop the team employees.
• Ensure proper team work and cooperation with other teams.
• Solution design for CVM E2E.
