1- Support business users with work flow, reporting and ensure best practices are being followed within Dynamics GP System and that workflows are running efficiently.
2- Troubleshoot Dynamics GP user and technical problems and deliver resolutions in a timely manner.
3- Maintain all master data on the system.
4- Develop custom reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools (Crystal Reports, SQL queries and scripting, SSRS, Report writer, Management Reporter).
5- Customization and Integration tools, Modified Forms and Reports.
6- Administer security roles and tasks for Microsoft Dynamics GP environments.
