•Supervise and process petty cash fund request and disbursement of expenses to petty cash holder.
•Supervising all regular accounting processes such as journal entries plus monthly closure accounts in coordination with Accounts and Finance Manager.
•Assist Accounts and Finance Manager in investigation and resolve all outstanding expense payable
•Assists in providing information for audits preparation.
•Prepare and communicate the monthly petty cash analysis and prepare different reports regarding petty cash expenses and provide recommendation on reduction of over expenses.
•Reconciling financial discrepancies in expenses head by collecting and analyzing account information and provide reports to Accounts and Finance Manager.
•Forward Transfer Report to sister concerned company.
•Ensuring the orientation of accounting entries and posting them to the correct accounts.
•Receive delivery Order from store and verified it from available stock.
•Statement related to local payment and Statement related to external payment on monthly basis.
•Communicating and coordinating with Accountant of Sister Company mainly with Alva Paints for submission of statements for related transaction.
•Assist Accounts and Finance Manager to carry out operational activities of accounts department.
•Monitor and reconcile monthly inter-company transaction, and provide reports regarding purchases and sales from/to Sister concerned companies.
•Prepare journal vouchers as needed.
•As and when required, any other task assigned by Accounts and Finance Manager.
