- Lead sales operation executional standards in term of sales tools upgrade and technology transfer i.e. Hand Held, digital maps, routing tools, …- Leads the sales productivity improvement through optimize routing.- Develop and lead coverage expansion plans.- Define distribution and infrastructure opportunities by region.- Analyze business by channel and share next steps/plans with management for execution.- Lead the rerouting efforts and keep route data up to-date.- Gathering all Hand Held (H.H) business requirements for Chipsy Food Industries (CFI) across different involved functions.- Develop the business blue prints for CFI including work flow charts, detailed description of each functionality & reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) needed by function (sales, Finance, Operations & HR).- Develop the training materials for CFI across different functions.- Provide training sessions for CFI across different functions for H.H complete cycle.- Lead the HH test market and roll-out, including setting KPI's and cost/payback analysis.- Interface with the Region/CU (Commercial Unit) for new technology tools implementation.- Manage relationship and activity done with the third party and workout a full year agenda.- Provide in depth data analysis tools for different trade channels (ART system).- Training sales team on using different types of systems for information gathering & KPI's Tracking.- Handles the SAP requirements or new projects for the sales department.- Manage and implement category management Solutions for different trade channels (Spacemen system).- Provide monthly dashboards showing sales KPI's for different channels across regions.- Provide census data analysis for the trade & marketing team.- Interface with the Region/ Commercial Unit (CU) in providing revenue management requirements & Data. (D&A analysis, promotion studies……etc.)- Gather all customer level data for CFI in power of one flavor unifying & uniting both companies information across all regions and trade channels- Build and develop all Sales to Customer (S2C) across different functions (Sales, Finance, warehousing & IT) according to COSO standards including flow charts, narratives & test scripts.- Attending all risk assessment meetings and working closely with internal audit & commercial controllers on continues updating and improving the current cycles.- Working closely with all parties in the monthly, quarterly & yearly testing of the cycles controls.- Training the Sales Team on the S2C cycles to insure complete understanding and applying of cycles in the day to day work.


Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems- 1-2 years of experience in a similar function- Analytical skills is a must- Strong thinking skills and communication- Leadership- Good English & Arabic- Excellent computer skills (Excel)- Experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications
