· Product design, implementation and optimization on different IN nodes (such as SDP, AIR...).
· Design & implementation of the charging logic of any new service integrated with IN system.
· Evaluation &acceptance of all new features of IN system.
· Third line of support for customer complaints.
· International roaming implementation.
· Short codes administration.
· Technical documentation for all commercial products implemented on IN system.
· Ensure proper management of IN administration resources and ensure resource availability.
· Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team employees.
· Evaluate all new features of IN system.
· Ensure proper team work and cooperation with other teams. Report Team status ( Achievements, problems,….etc.)
