• Responsible to establish consistency and provide administrative of contracting process.
• Develop and manage a procurement cycle to include sourcing, contracting, purchasing, vendor management (i.e., monitoring, reporting and benchmarking) and other internal procurement support activities
• Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time, and managing the procurement supplier relationships.
• Lead various cross functional production planning meetings with respective stakeholders from PMs, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Have experience about contracting strategies and the deployment of different types of contracts to ensure proper sourcing according to potential demand, types of needed services, and importance of the need…etc.,
• set procurement plans with user departments.
• measure the performance of the department in terms of meet deadlines, cost saving and produce quality work products for complex, high-visibility tenders / contracts.
