- Checking new, repaired & old equipment
- Repair the failure equipment
Specific Description:
• Makes preventive maintenance & calibration for all biomedical equipments for all hospital departments
• Does calibration for whole equipments in different hospital departments
• Repairs the failure equipment with the support of technician
• Prepares the equipments for any emergency case such as cut off electrical power or cut off the gas supply
• Follows & Checking new equipments
• Checks equipments repaired by external companies
• Checks old equipments to be scrapped
• Performs medical study for medical equipments
• Performs regular daily report about hospital equipment problems
• Trains the new engineers on medical equipments operation
• Identifies current and future maintenance requirements by giving report to senior engineer
