Al Futtaim's warehousing complex at Rashidia in Dubai, measuring over one million square feet, is by far the largest owned by any company in the Gulf. This is used as a central warehouse for the group, stocking vast quantities of electronic goods, automobiles, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and inventories of spare parts. The company also has some 200,000 square feet of showroom space and 600,000 square feet of workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. Among the largest of these are the showrooms of Al Futtaim Panatech and Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai. Managing the Reception: Handle the Reception, greet, sign-in visitors in the visitor's log book and direct them, politely, tactfully and professionally,
Office Security: Work with and direct security personnel in ensuring that only authorised personnel are allowed within office premises with the objective of maintaining security and confidentiality requirements of the office.
Administrative Assistance: Assist the various departments in any administrative tasks as may be required from time to time.
Couriers: Accepts all couriers sent to CFCM, ensures their timely distribution by Office Assistants; as well as dispatches all couriers sent from the company and tracks their progress with the courier companies.
Conference / Meeting Rooms: Responsible for taking bookings for conference rooms and meeting rooms,
Ad hoc: Handles any other duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time to meet departmental objective
Managing the Switchboard: Manage the switchboard, politely and professionally, ensuring that calls are attended within a reasonable timeframe
Guest Experience: Enhance the guest experience through any means practicable. Handle guest complaints as and when required
Maintenance of Housekeeping Standards: Ensure that the reception area as well as Conference / Meeting rooms are neat and organised
