The range of properties administered and leased in the UAE includes warehouses, showrooms, workshops, offices, villas and apartment buildings. Al Futtaim's warehousing complex at Rashidia in Dubai, measuring over one million square feet, is by far the largest owned by any company in the Gulf. This is used as a central warehouse for the group, stocking vast quantities of electronic goods, automobiles, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and inventories of spare parts. The company also has some 200,000 square feet of showroom space and 600,000 square feet of workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. About the Vacancy

* To generate and maximize income through the leasing of the common areas and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue; this role will be mainly focusing on retail activities in the mall.
* Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan
* Business Development
* Presentation Standards
* Effective relationship management  with the Lessees
* Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation  for the Specialty Leasing
* Administration
* A person with the potential to grow into SL Assistant Manager and
* To generate and maximize income through the leasing of the common areas and contributing to the overall business and the Specialty Leasing Revenue; this role will be mainly focusing on retail activities in the mall.

 

About you:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Preference is Education up to degree level, whilst tertiary qualification in sales and marketing would be an advantage. However, if the candidate has the right know-how of the job, the above tertiary qualification could be disregarded.

 

Minimum Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing background, in a similar field, or in the sales side of a media / events management company/ mall leasing/ property development.

 

Job-Specific Skills: Sales is a must
