Job Summary:
This is a dual-role whereby the Accounting and Admin Manager will be managing the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Admin Departments.
He will be responsible for processing accurately cash flow statements, Profit and loss, Balance sheet…etc. and work closely with the Group Finance Director.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Prepare Project costing and Profitability Reports and monthly and annually cash flow forecasts.
-Control payroll process & payment, billing, receivables, cash receipts, taxations and Follow up on payments collection with the clients.
-Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and interim review assignments.
-Contribute in the preparation of annual budget and periodic estimation with HODs and discuss with GM and then report to Group Finance Manager and CFO/Finance Director.
-Coordinate legal contracts preparation with the lawyer.
-Supervise on Following up on payments collection with the clients.
-Prepare Profit and Loss Statement, cash flow statements, and balance sheet.
-Handle employee related activities: Insurance, pay slips, vacation approval, expatriates legal documents.
-Maintain organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
-Coordinate with the accounts team in Headquarters, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
-Implement recommendations suggested by the Head Office to improve accounting processes and procedures
