· Creating & developing GB development program for young graduates

· Creating & developing GB development program for internal potentials
· Responsible for managing all aspects of both programs.
· Establishing working relationships with faculties & career services at the targeted universities.
· Work closely with HRBPs to define & hire the best fit into GB Auto group
· Enhance employer branding by formulating new recruitment initiatives
· Identify opportunities for GB Auto to sponsor universities activities.
· Managing Ignition & PLP candidate’s selection process.
· Managing on the job rotation process which includes but not limited to a) conducting follow-up visits and regular meetings with candidates to ensure program success & b) solving problems as they arise.
· Plan -in coordination with training academy- appropriate skills development trainings for Ignition & PLP participants.
· Conduct regular formal performance appraisals for Ignition participants.

· Provide on-going counseling to Ignition participants for the duration of the program.
· Providing on going follow up to PLP development via quarterly networking meetings.
· Provide regular updates and amendments to the programs based on business needs.
· Manage and monitor the progress of the AUC Executive Management diploma certificate.
