1. To Advise managers and colleagues on all aspects of learning and development and identify, design, deliver and evaluate training solutions.
2. To Provide advice and guidance to the business on Learning and Development activity, developing and maintaining good relationships across the business
3. To Work with HR Business Partners to identify and deliver solutions to meet business and individual needs
4. To Contribute to the annual performance management process and creation of the annual corporate learning & Development plan
5. To Support the co-ordination of agreed Learning and Development projects e.g. Investors in People
6. To Work with training providers(External and Internal) to meet changing needs, managing ongoing relationships and agreements
7. To support in the continual development, monitoring, and evaluation of training delivery in an effective and efficient manner
8. To support continuous improvement of the quality and value of the learning & development service
9. To ensure all employees training records are accurately maintained and updated, enabling effective learning & development reporting.
10. To evaluate training courses using the ROI
11. To monitor the succession planning
12. To implement an assessment center
