• Define the distributor area
• Define the return of the investment for the working capit
• Managing the distributor operation
• Responsible to achieve the sales target and distribution
• Keep face-to-face contact with own sales people and stay current on revenue data and inventory.
• Conducts morning briefing with Sales Force
• Maintains Inventory Control
• Review with Finance Manager on credit limit for new customers
• Build, sustain and manage relationships with key decision makers of top customers .
• Provide on the job coaching for Sales supervisors and Sales Team
• Monitor the listing of all SKUs in all key outlets, and revise and validate justifications for outlets with limited listings.
• Review progress towards quarterly set sales targets and cascade corrective actions to Sales Force if needed.
• Responsible for tracking Sales Budgets & Expenses on monthly basis, and making sure not to surpass the set budgets by branch by account
• Defined and tracks the yearly/quarterly/ monthly Sales Business Plan for achieving the overall Branch strategy and objectives.
• Improve sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge
